We provide an A+ support and maintenance service to our valued clients. This covers from the beginning of the project and extended to years after finishing. For us our clients are the main asset so we strive to offer the best service possible. Our support includes the project documentation, covering all the manufacturer’s warranty period and maintenance after 12 months warranty period. We design the system somehow that we notice a problem even before you notice that so we will take required action before you call us and usually based on the technology we use we can have them fixed remotely most of the times.
